About Jazz Night School

Event Program Specifications and Guidelines for Sponsorship Ads

• Program size: 5.5” x 8’5”
• Electronic files required
• Scans, photos, and logos must be hi res TIFF, EPS, JPEG, or PDF
• Ad Sizes: Full page ad size is 5” x 7.75“ ; Half page ad size is 5” x 3.75”
• Typesetting and layout services available for additional cost
• Prep work required on furnished files may incur additional cost
• Rolling deadlines
